As part of the plan to organize activities celebrating the Company's traditional day and Workers' Month, from May 11 to 16, Ha Bac Fertilizer and Chemicals Joint Stock Company successfully held its 26th Traditional Sports Festival in 2026.

Attending the opening ceremony and cheering for the athletes were Mr. Nguyễn Mạnh Hùng – Vice President of Bac Ninh Provincial Labor Federation; Mr. Đào Trọng Cường – Deputy General Director of Vietnam Chemical Group – Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company; Ms. Hồ Thị Mai Hương – Vice President of Vietnam National Chemical Industry Trade Union; Mr. Nguyễn Văn Dũng – Party Secretary, General Director; Mr. Phạm Ngọc Thảo – Chairman of the Company's Trade Union; along with members of the Board of General Directors, leaders of affiliated units, and especially the presence of 330 athletes from 17 units.

With the spirit of "Healthy to build and defend the Fatherland, healthy to build and develop the Company", the Sports Festival – a major annual traditional activity – has created a vibrant movement for physical training, labor force rejuvenation, and strengthened solidarity and exchange among the Company's employees.

Within the framework of the Sports Festival, athletes competed in 27 events across 6 sports: chess, table tennis, volleyball, tug of war, sack race, and swimming. At the end of the event, the organizers awarded 27 sets of prizes to collectives and individuals. In total, the first prize went to the Ammonia Workshop with 166 points, the second prize to the Electricity Workshop with 154 points, and the third prize to the Gas Generation Workshop with 113 points.

Since the beginning of the year, alongside investment and business development activities, the Company's leadership has paid attention to and created favorable conditions for the renovation and improvement of cultural and sports facilities; at the same time, directed the enhancement of activities to better care for the material and spiritual lives of employees, creating a joyful and enthusiastic atmosphere, encouraging staff and workers to work diligently for the sustainable development of the Company.
