DAP - VINACHEM Achieves Record Revenue and Profit, Top of VINACHEM in 2025

At the conference to summarize Party work and business performance in 2025, Mr. Phùng Quang Hiệp – Chairman of the Member Council of Vietnam National Chemical Group (VINACHEM) acknowledged and praised the outstanding achievements of DAP-VINACHEM Joint Stock Company in 2025, while outlining key tasks for 2026. He affirmed that the Company excellently completed all production and business targets, highly appreciating its forecasting capability, proactive approach, and timely management in responding to market fluctuations. The Chairman requested DAP - VINACHEM to continue promoting the achieved results, develop a roadmap for product diversification, maximize resources to accelerate automation, and foster breakthroughs in science, technology, and digital transformation, in line with the spirit of Resolution 57-NQ/TW.

The year 2025 marked the highest growth milestone in the development history of DAP-VINACHEM Joint Stock Company. Despite the volatile fertilizer market, the Company not only met but significantly exceeded its planned targets, becoming the unit with the highest revenue and profit within the entire Vietnam National Chemical Group in 2025. DAP production reached 260,000 tons, Consumption reached 256,000 tons; Net Revenue reached VND 5,301.85 billion; Pre-tax Profit reached VND 750.23 billion, and After-tax Profit reached VND 600.18 billion—all record high levels. Contributions to the State budget reached VND 305.27 billion; the Average Income per employee was approximately VND 25.05 million/person/month, an increase of more than 38% compared to 2024.

Speaking at the Conference, Mr. Vũ Văn Bằng – General Director of the Company, affirmed that these outstanding results are the fruits of the close guidance from the Group, along with the spirit of solidarity and determined efforts of all cadres and employees.

In addition to efficient production and business, the Company continued to prioritize improving the welfare of employees and effectively carrying out social security work. In 2025, the collective of cadres and employees of the Company donated over 220 million VND to support people in the Northern and North Central provinces in overcoming the consequences of floods and storms, demonstrating DAP-VINACHEM's social responsibility and corporate culture.

In 2025, DAP-VINACHEM achieved several important highlights in management, production, and business, clearly demonstrating its proactive nature, flexibility, and long-term development orientation.

Digital transformation continues to be identified as a strategic pillar. The Company's Party Committee and Board of Management issued a resolution and plan to deploy digital transformation following VINACHEM's orientation, simultaneously establishing a Steering Committee for science and technology development, innovation, and digital transformation. Information technology applications, digital management systems, and electronic handbooks have been gradually implemented, contributing to enhanced management efficiency, operation, and transparency.

Mr. Nguyễn Ngọc Sơn, Deputy General Director of DAP-VINACHEM, reported on the summary of 2025 production and business activities and the implementation of 2026 tasks.

Amid fierce competition in the domestic fertilizer market, the Company proactively expanded its export market, using product quality as the foundation for improving competitiveness. In 2025, exported DAP volume reached about 170,000 tons, accounting for over 66% of total consumption. The DAP Dinh Vu brand continued to maintain its position in Southeast Asia and gradually penetrate demanding markets such as Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. Simultaneously, the Company expanded into the chemical trading sector, creating new revenue streams and growth potential.

The work of PG gypsum treatment continued to be promoted with synchronous solutions; the P2O5 recovery and PG gypsum pH elevation line, operating since April 2025, has helped improve the quality of by-products, expand consumption possibilities, and aim towards sustainable, environmentally friendly production.

Notably, 2025 marked success in adjusting the route of the Lao Cai – Hanoi – Hai Phong railway, thereby eliminating the risk of impact on the DAP Dinh Vu Factory, creating an important foundation for the Company to confidently implement investment and stable development plans.

Key Tasks Orientation for 2026

Stepping into 2026, DAP-VINACHEM sets the goal of continuing stable and sustainable development amidst forecasts of intertwined opportunities and challenges. Accordingly, the Company proposes major challenging plan targets, including DAP Production and Consumption volume reaching 268,000 tons, Net Revenue of VND 5,866 billion, Pre-Tax Profit of VND 380 billion, and Total Construction Investment capital of approximately 307 VND billion.

To realize these goals, the Company will focus on simultaneously implementing key tasks and solutions, primarily continuing to enhance management efficiency, strengthen cost control and production management, and effectively utilize capital and raw materials to lower product costs. Concurrently, the Company will maintain high domestic and export DAP consumption volume, while accelerating the expansion of the chemical trading segment, maximizing the advantages of existing infrastructure to diversify revenue and enhance competitiveness.

In 2026, the Company will focus on investment in science and technology, promoting digital transformation, increasing automation, and gradually applying green, environmentally friendly production models to improve productivity and efficiency. In parallel, key investment projects will be expedited, bringing expansion and infrastructure upgrade items into operation early. Human resource development will be prioritized, focusing on recruiting, training, and retaining high-quality personnel, building a strong successor team; while proactively ensuring the supply of input raw materials such as apatite ore, sulfur, and ammonia, to prevent production disruptions.

With the brilliant foundation of success in 2025, along with the close guidance of the Vietnam National Chemical Group and the high determination of the entire team, DAP-VINACHEM Joint Stock Company is confident in successfully achieving the goals and tasks for 2026, creating a solid premise for the new development phase of 2026–2030.
