On the morning of November 27, 2025, in Ho Chi Minh City, the large-scale International Exhibition series "VINACHEM EXPO 2025 – CAC VIETNAM" officially opened at the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center (SECC). The event takes place from November 27 to 29, 2025, creating a specialized connection platform among management agencies, businesses, and experts in the chemical industry sector.

The Opening Ceremony was honored by the presence of many leaders from state management agencies: Mr. Lê Hoàng Tài – Deputy Director General of the Vietnam Trade Promotion Agency (VIETRADE) (Ministry of Industry and Trade - MOIT); Mr. Hà Văn Út – Deputy Director of Ho Chi Minh City Department of Industry and Trade; representatives of the Chemical Agency (MOIT); and the Chairman of the Vietnam Fertilizer Association.

On behalf of the Vietnam National Chemical Group (Vinachem), the event welcomed the participation of Mr. Nguyễn Văn Luyện – Deputy General Director of the Group, along with representatives from the Business Planning Department and the Communications and Development Department.

Speaking at the Opening Ceremony, Mr. Nguyễn Văn Luyện stated that in recent years, the Group has strongly emphasized digital transformation and green development. The Group has implemented hundreds, even thousands, of science and technology projects, initiatives, and technical innovations to enhance productivity, improve product quality, save energy, and conserve natural resources.

He stressed that the 2026-2030 period will require the Group to make greater efforts to accelerate research, innovation, and technological modernization, promote the development of "Smart Factories" and "Digital Enterprises," and concurrently boost the production of chemicals serving the semiconductor electronics and green energy industries.

The Group will continue to invest in infrastructure, develop a high-quality science and technology workforce, and enhance domestic and international cooperation, with the goal of building Vinachem into a sustainable development corporation and a pioneer in the national agenda for green and digital transformation.

In 2025, VINACHEM EXPO continues to assert its scale and stature, bringing together more than 400 exhibiting units from over 20 countries and territories. The exhibition is recognized as one of the important trade platforms for the chemical and supporting industries in Vietnam.

The event focuses on introducing the latest technological advancements through six major themes: Agricultural Chemicals and Plant Protection; China Chemical Industry; Chemical Equipment; Paint and Coating Industry; Adhesives and Tapes; and Rubber and Tires. These are all rapidly growing sectors with high demands for technological innovation and environmental standards.

VINACHEM EXPO 2025 is expected to create a significant impetus to promote international trade, helping domestic enterprises access the trend of “Green Growth, Circular Economy” – the key development orientation for the chemical industry in response to sustainable development requirements. The exhibition also contributes to creating conditions for Vietnamese businesses to research, adopt, and apply advanced technologies, improving product quality and increasing competitive capacity.

Furthermore, the event serves as an opportunity for domestic and international investors and manufacturers to meet, understand market demands, and learn about new policies on chemical management and environmental standards in Vietnam. This allows them to expand cooperation and enhance their participation in the international supply chain, especially in the fields of chemicals, fertilizers, and plant protection, aiming towards green agriculture production.

With the coordinated organization by the Vietnam National Chemical Group (VINACHEM) and international trade promotion organizations, VINACHEM EXPO – CAC VIETNAM 2025 is expected to maximize connection efficiency, open up numerous business opportunities, and contribute to the sustainable development of Vietnam’s chemical industry in the new era.
