April 6, 2012, the Prime Minister has decision No. 399/QĐ - TTg Appointment of a term to Nguyen Anh Dung, Deputy General Director of Vietnam National Chemical Group, Chairman of the Board Members of Ha Bac Nitrogenous and Chemical Fertilizer hold offcice as Chairman of the Board Management of Vietnam National Chemical Group.
The decision takes effect after its signing.
