On December 12, 2025, the Board of Directors (BOD) of Ninh Binh Phosphate Fertilizer Joint Stock Company held a meeting and unanimously issued Resolution No. 1866/NQ-HĐQT on leadership personnel matters, demonstrating a spirit of responsibility and strategic vision for the enterprise's new development phase.

According to the Resolution, the BOD officially appointed Mr. Phùng Quang Trung to the position of Ninh Binh Phosphate Fertilizer Joint Stock Company (NIFERCO), effective from December 15, 2025.

This crucial personnel decision aligns with the policy of streamlining the executive apparatus, consolidating management capacity, and building a foundation for sustainable and efficient development for the Company in the coming years.

Mr. Phùng Quang Trung, born on October 23, 1978, originally from Phu Tho province, holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and possesses many years of experience in corporate management, finance, and production operations. Before being entrusted with this new responsibility, he held many key positions at large enterprises in the chemical and fertilizer manufacturing industries. Throughout his career, Mr. Phùng Quang Trung has always been highly regarded for his strategic thinking, flexible management skills, and ability to lead teams through market challenges.

The appointment of Mr. Phùng Quang Trung is expected to contribute to enhancing management and operational efficiency, promoting market expansion, and strengthening the competitiveness of NIFERCO.
