President awarded Independence Medals to two Vinachem’s companies

On Sep 12th 2010, President signedDecision No 1541/QD – CTN on awarding Independence Medal grade I for Pinaco andgrade III for Tibaco for their excellent achievements in Socialism constructionand the Fatherland defence cause.
